Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Shipping fee is $15 per order (Canada) $20 outside of Canada. Our estimated delivery timeframe spans from 7-30 business days. This variance is due to the diverse origins of our products, sourced from different manufacturers. Consequently, items may be dispatched at varying times based on the specifics of your order. Please rest assured that we prioritize your satisfaction and maintain stringent quality control measures throughout our processes. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in impeccable condition.

What is the return policy?

Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that artwork and accessories are non-refundable. SHIPPING FEE is also non-refundable

Yes, you will receive an email containing your order number and shipping details. Please note that you may receive multiple tracking numbers if you have ordered multiple products.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
